Pauline is the Program Lead for the Clean Energy and Climate Change innovation cluster. She oversees our initiatives aimed at supporting the clean energy & climate change innovation & entrepreneurial ecosystem. Her key technical areas of expertise and advisory include; clean energy and climate change, oil and gas management, innovation value chain management and public-private sector scaling of innovations.
Pauline is a consummate Clean Energy, Innovation and Project Management Professional with over five years’ experience in both the public and private sector. She is passionate about climate change and is involved in the strategic adoption of climate resilient technologies in Uganda. She has previously successfully led and participated in the design and implementation of projects at the Ministry of Works & Transport and the Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation.
Pauline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Geoscience and Production, a Master’s degree in Management Studies and Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning & Management.
Pauline has a passion for community development and civic engagement which is demonstrated by her involvement in child care ministries and outreach projects in her community. She is currently serving as the Vice Curator of the Global Shapers Kampala hub, a community whose overall mission is to drive dialogue, action and change among young people. Pauline is also committed to girl and women empowerment initiatives geared at seeing more women in places of influence.
